We are looking for a highly skilled Teams Bot developer for a quick project with two main goals:
Call Detection and Notification:
The Teams bot will detect incoming and outgoing calls.
When a call is detected, the bot will send a POST request to an external endpoint.
Teams Compliance Recording Bot:
The bot will join calls automatically and record them, as required for compliance purposes by Microsoft.
Responsibilities:
Develop and configure Microsoft Teams bots using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Service.
Implement Teams calling bots, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Use Microsoft SDKs (Bot Builder SDK, Bot Framework SDK, etc.) to enhance bot capabilities.
Configure and manage Teams channels, including setting up webhooks and handling bot authentication.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot performance, integration, and functionality.
Collaborate with our internal team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide detailed documentation and training on bot setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Teams bot technology and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing Microsoft Teams bots, especially with calling bot capabilities.
Expertise in using Microsoft SDKs for Teams bot development.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Service.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, and related programming languages.
Experience with Azure Functions, HTTP triggers, and setting up webhooks.
Knowledge of Teams channel configuration, including calling webhooks.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and related technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Experience with logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting bot-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Microsoft technologies related to bot development and Azure.
Experience with other bot platforms and technologies.
Familiarity with Teams app manifest creation and deployment.
