The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with data management tools, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and enter data into databases
Perform basic data analysis and generate reports
Maintain database integrity and ensure secure data storage
Support other departments with data-related administrative tasks
Suggest improvements for data processes
Qualifications
High school diploma required; higher education preferred
Prior experience in data entry or analysis is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
