Vacation Coordinator

This position is commission-based, with unlimited training provided. We welcome candidates from the USA, Australia, and Mexico to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Preferences: Work with clients to learn about their vacation preferences, interests, and budgets.
• Plan Itineraries: Create personalized travel plans, including recommendations for hotels, activities, dining, and transportation.
• Coordinate with Vendors: Work with hotels, airlines, and local businesses to get the best deals and options for clients.
• Manage Bookings: Handle client inquiries, reservations, and bookings with great attention to detail.
• Communicate Effectively: Keep clients updated and address any questions or concerns during the planning process.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest travel trends and destinations to offer expert advice.
• Participate in Training: Engage in company-provided training to improve your vacation planning and client communication skills.
• Problem-Solve: Address any challenges that come up during the planning process.

Requirements:

• Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, or Mexico.
• Technology: Have a computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet access.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and pay attention to detail.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent at building positive relationships with clients and providing outstanding customer service.
• Communication: Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-Motivation: Able to work independently with a strong work ethic and meet deadlines.
• Passion for Travel: Enthusiastic about travel and creating memorable vacation experiences for clients.
