WordPress.org + Elementor Developer – Existing Site Modifications (No Rebuild)

We are seeking an experienced WordPress.org + Elementor developer to support an existing, live platform (BridgesPro Connect).

This is NOT a redesign or rebuild.
The work involves phased modifications, layout refinement, structured program page expansion, and accessibility best-practice improvements.

Requirements:
– Strong experience with self-hosted WordPress.org
– Advanced Elementor (no-code editing)
– Ability to work on an existing live site without forcing a rebuild
– Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 AA accessibility best practices
– Willingness to provide a brief written technical assessment before starting
– Respect for full client admin ownership (no proprietary lock-in)

This project will be delivered in phases with approval checkpoints.
