What You’ll Do:
- Respond to website visitors who have questions about discounts, refunds, or other topics.
- Use a document with answers to frequently asked questions and get support from a supervisor for more complex inquiries.
Contract Length: No fixed term
Pay Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed:
- Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with social media and website chat capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week.
- Reliable internet connection.
Hours per Week: 10+ hours
