Direct Sales Agents

Purpose of the Role:
To drive customer acquisition through direct sales of loan products. The Direct Sales Agent will play a key role in promoting the company’s products and services, educating potential clients, and guiding them through the application process.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 • Actively identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories
 • Clearly explain loan products, eligibility, and benefits to customers
 • Assist clients with loan applications and required documentation
 • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals
 • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
 • Submit accurate reports on leads, sales, and customer feedback
 • Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times

 

Requirements:
 • Grade 12 certificate; diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage
 • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 • Experience in sales or customer service preferred
 • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and persistent
 • Familiarity with loan products and credit processes is a plus
 • Ability to work independently and in a team
 • Fluent in English and local languages
