About the Role: WBHO Construction is seeking a dedicated and qualified Safety Officer, registered with SACPCMP, to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest safety standards are adhered to across all our sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and enforce health and safety regulations on construction sites.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation and company policies.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.

Develop and implement safety programs and training for all employees.

Report and investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

Maintain records of safety-related activities and keep them up to date.

Liaise with other safety officers, managers, and regulatory bodies as required.
Key Requirements:

SACPCMP registration is mandatory.

Proven experience as a Safety Officer, preferably within the construction industry.

In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
