A large construction company in Europe is expanding and is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer for a significant data center project in Frankfurt, Germany. This project is valued at €450 million, making it one of the biggest in the sector.
Role Overview
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the project’s success. Your work will not only help the company grow but also open up many opportunities for you to advance to higher management positions in the future.

- Experience: You should have prior experience working on large-scale data center projects. This experience is essential to handle the complexities of the job.
- Work Eligibility: You must have an EU passport or the right to work in the EU to apply.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary for this role can be as high as €80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
In your role, you will have several important tasks, including:
- Project Scheduling: You will help plan and track the timeline of the project to ensure it stays on schedule.
- Design Preparation: You’ll create and update design drawings and technical documents. This includes making sure the installation drawings are accurate and preparing operation and maintenance manuals.
- Technical Submissions: You will prepare technical documents that detail the project’s specifications and requirements.
- Budget Management: You will work within the project’s budget, ensuring that engineering designs and changes fit within financial constraints.
- Reporting: You will regularly report to the Project Manager and Commercial Manager about the project’s schedule and cost impacts.
- Safety and Quality Assurance: You will ensure that all contractors follow the company’s safety and quality standards, as well as any relevant health and safety laws.
- Documentation Review: You will review project documents, drawings, and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience working on live projects, where changes and adjustments are made in real-time.
- A background in maintenance and instrumentation to ensure the systems function correctly.
- Knowledge of Ash system instrument interfaces and their management.
- Experience with HFO tanks and their sequencing.
- Familiarity with 6.6KV systems, which are used in many electrical applications.
