Senior MEP Project Manager – Data Centres (12-Month Contract) – Frankfurt

A global construction consultancy is looking for a Senior MEP Project Manager to support a project in Frankfurt. This is a great opportunity to join a respected company known for excellent project and cost management, especially in capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Civil General Contractors (GCs): Oversee the work of contractors on the project.
  • Lead Meetings: Facilitate discussions with the general contractor, client, and end-client.
  • Handle Change Orders and RFIs: Manage the process for any changes and requests for information.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Review and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure everything stays on track.
  • Ensure Delivery: Make sure the project is completed and handed over to the client, while engaging with the end-client team.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a MEP Project Manager role on data center projects.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • Process-driven approach to project management.
