Organized incoming materials like fabrics, synthetics, leather, and accessories for shoes, swatches, and reports.
Ensured the quality of fabrics and synthetics based on a 4-point inspection system.
Implemented, developed, and maintained quality system policies from Incoming Quality Control to Final Random Inspection.
Provided data and quality reviews to senior management.
Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Inspected equipment and tools to ensure production and inspection followed buyer standards.
Conducted production trial meetings with key personnel to analyze defects.
Developed corrective action plans by identifying and resolving root causes of material issues with Raw Material Store, Cutting, Stitching, and Assembly & Finishing departments.
