Description
In this role, you will oversee assigned operations, ensuring daily production, product quality, environmental management, safety, and maintenance. You will supervise Senior Supervisors and establish goals, policies, and procedures for the business area. Other responsibilities include managing daily operations, inspecting projects, providing technical direction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. You will also oversee staff selection, budgeting, project coordination, and maintenance planning.
Qualifications / Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or GED with seven years of related operational experience, including supervision or management, OR
Bachelor’s degree with three years of related operational experience, including supervision or management
Skills in employee supervision, project management, budget administration, and safety practices
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
Preferred
Experience with autonomous maintenance and knowledge of autonomous systems technology
Caterpillar/mining equipment experience
Criteria/Conditions
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English
Capability to work in a potentially stressful environment
Work environment may include exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, chemicals, and airborne particles
Physical requirements include standing, sitting, climbing, and occasional lifting up to 30 pounds
Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory

Estimated annual salary range of $98,000-$137,000 (base salary only, excluding bonuses and benefits)
