We are looking for an energetic and organized young individual who is ready to undergo training and become a professional tourism manager to join our dynamic team!

 

You will manage client relationships and create unforgettable experiences for guests visiting Auroville.

 

What You’ll Do:

Welcome tourists visiting Auroville

Coordinate with hotels and local Auroville partners to ensure smooth operations

Work with both small and large groups to ensure seamless experiences

Handle inquiries, bookings, and customer support

Promote Auroville tours through social media and digital platforms

 

What We’re Looking For:

Willingness to live and work in Auroville on a long-term basis

Strong communication skills and proficiency in languages (English/Hindi)

Experience in tourism or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Basic computer skills and social media knowledge
