Nirvana Health & Wellness Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide essential support to our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our wellness services. In this role, you will manage client appointments, assist with communication and inquiries, coordinate social media content, and maintain organized records. You will play a key role in creating a seamless client experience, supporting administrative tasks, and helping with marketing initiatives. As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be expected to handle various day-to-day tasks, work independently, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups
Handle client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely manner
Assist with social media posts, content creation, and newsletter updates
Maintain and update client records and documentation
Support the team with general administrative tasks and project management
Ensure a positive and seamless experience for clients
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, highly organized, and have strong communication skills, with a passion for health and wellness or a willingness to learn.
