Job Responsibility:

• Business basic analysis and data collect

• Response customer queries through online in English

• patience during response and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product query

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints and feedbacks

• All communication will be in text and must be in English

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Internet)

Job type : Full time (10am to 7pm)

salary : 15000 to 20000 (Monthly)

Location : Mohammadpur, Dhaka
