Job Description: House Keeper

Project Summary: The House Keeper will provide crucial support by maintaining cleanliness at the PIN office, team house, and guest house. Additionally, they will prepare lunch for PIN staff.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, mats, curtains, and clothes as required.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards for offices and visitor areas.
- Purchase food items as requested.
- Ensure sanitizers and hand washing facilities are well-maintained.
- Inventory and maintain cleaning supplies.
- Cook meals, ensuring all fresh food is thoroughly washed and sanitized.
- Daily cleaning of office spaces, with particular attention to kitchens and bathrooms.
- Restock kitchen and restroom supplies.
- Ensure windows are cleaned regularly.
- Maintain water filters with boiled and cooled water.
- Report maintenance issues to the Manager.
- Responsible for managing cleaning materials and reporting asset movements or damages.
Accountability and Safeguarding:
- Adhere to PIN’s Code of Conduct and safeguarding policies.
- Participate in training on safeguarding and conduct policies.
- Support implementation of safeguarding measures.
- Create and maintain a safe and protective environment.
Other Responsibilities:
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Essentials:
- Basic understanding of English.
- Experience in cleaning and/or cooking is advantageous.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
