The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning data into actionable insights, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do
Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, email, content, SEO/SEM, and events).
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing for ROI.
Lead content creation, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts.
Oversee social media strategy, engagement, and growth across platforms.
Track and analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) to refine strategies.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align marketing with business goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Who You Are
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in [specific industry].
Proven track record of scaling brands and driving revenue growth.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and ad platforms.
Strong copywriting and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
