Sales and Marketing Supervisor
International Music Industry, headquartered in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, is responsible for the distribution of musical instruments, audio products, and music education across the GCC, MENA, CIS, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South Africa. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to manage and grow our business in the CIS markets through distributor networks.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop wholesale business through distributors across the CIS region for musical instruments and audio products.
• Maintain strong business relationships with distributors, ensuring timely communication and support.
• Conduct regular sales follow-ups to track performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Monitor and follow up on monthly PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) reports to analyze distributor performance and market demand.
• Coordinate and support distributors on marketing activities, including promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Provide regular market feedback, competitor updates, and business opportunities to management.
• Assist in preparing and executing annual sales and marketing plans for the region
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and brand guidelines across the CIS market.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management

Sales & Business Development : Ability to identify, initiate, and drive sales opportunities across diverse CIS markets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Distributor Relationship Management: Proven skills in maintaining and expanding long-term partnerships with distributors and dealers, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Market Analysis & PSI Management : Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, monitor PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory), and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and achieve favorable outcomes.
Problem Solving & Decision Making: Capacity to assess challenges in complex and fast-changing markets, making sound decisions under pressure.
Team Collaboration : Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to achieve organizational objectives.
Other Requirements:
• Full time based in Dubai, UAE.
• Qualification & Experience: minimum of a Degree , Minimum 3 Years Experience in a similar role
• Candidates with knowledge of musical instruments and related products are highly desirable.
• Multilingual Advantage : Fluency in English; Russian
• Cultural & Regional Awareness of CIS market
• Proficiency in MS Excel, word, PPT for PSI and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the CIS region.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in developing new distributor networks in emerging markets.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets in B2B distribution.
• Capability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
