Salary: €2800 gross per month
Relocation Support (for candidates living more than 50 km from Essen):
2 months of accommodation upon arrival
Up to €250 travel reimbursement

What You’ll Be Doing

As an AI Prompt Evaluator, you’ll play a key role in crafting and refining the language that powers intelligent systems. Your work will directly impact how users interact with AI in real-world scenarios.

Research, write, and edit short prompts that are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand tone
Create smooth, logical conversation flows for user-friendly interactions
Contribute to dialogue creation across a wide range of topics—including sensitive or complex subjects
Review and analyze content for factual accuracy and stylistic consistency
Brainstorm new prompt ideas and evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity and relevance
Ensure every interaction feels natural, helpful, and true to the brand’s voice
What You Bring

Native or fluent Croatian (C1 level) and strong English skills (B2 level or higher)
Postsecondary education degree (required)
Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and clarity
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging prompts and scenarios
Analytical skills to interpret user feedback and improve conversational flows
Self-driven and comfortable working independently
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication abilities
Ability to simplify complex ideas and present them clearly
Open to working with sensitive or nuanced content
