The Contracts and Legal Documentation Associate is an important support role in the Leasing and Legal Department. This person helps the Contracts and Legal Documentation Officer with tasks like preparing, reviewing, and keeping track of lease agreements and other legal documents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make sure all contracts and documents are well-organized and easy to find.
- Keep records safe and accessible for future reference and internal coordination.
- Help with the overall efficiency and organization of the mall’s leasing operations.
- Ensure that all documents follow the correct legal rules and guidelines, helping the mall stay compliant.
This role is crucial for keeping everything organized, making sure the documents are complete, and supporting smooth operations in the leasing department.
