Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and assist in organizing status updates with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and external partners.
Provide administrative support to the Web Development Department and other departments as needed.
Help maintain and update company records, databases, and HR documentation.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to address HR or administrative concerns.
Perform general VA duties, including research, email management, and document preparation.
Requirements:
Excellent English Communication Skills (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes as needed.
Prior experience in HR, VA, or administrative roles is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
