Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java applications. This role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
Maintain and enhance existing applications by identifying areas for improvement.
Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest relevant innovations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Java Developer (1–5+ years).
Strong knowledge of Java SE/EE and object-oriented programming.
Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Understanding of version control systems like Git.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.
