Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, be persistent, driven and can complete daily/weekly requirements.

• Paid per driver hired. 1099 position COMMISSION only.
• Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client application & ensure all required documents are sent to each carrier/client.
•  confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging agreements, overcome obstacles associated with areas preventing applicants form attending scheduled orientation when requested.
• Administrative duties and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting.
• Willing to work during normal business hours to ensure desired results (minimum 6 hours a day) and accommodate all time zones
• Customer service, recruiting, and logistics experience is a plus but not required.
