Job Opportunity: Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

Lead and implement change projects within the business.
Manage inter-departmental projects effectively.
Enhance business scalability and operational success.
Provide process support across all departments.
Analyze and optimize core business processes.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness, and customer service improvements.
Collaborate with Systems and Data teams to scope and support improvements in customer journey, business systems, and standardized reporting.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering.
Proficiency in user stories, process mapping, and value-added analysis.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
Experience with SQL and proficiency in other data visualization tools preferred.
Knowledge of quality and process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or theory of constraints advantageous.
