Today, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at ZMLEY. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced computer-based systems, including mobile applications. You will lead projects, collaborate with clients, and mentor junior engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•              Engage with clients to understand their needs, document requirements, translate them into actionable development plans, and develop comprehensive specifications.

•              Research, evaluate, and synthesize technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems, including mobile applications.

•              Stay updated with emerging technologies to incorporate the latest advancements into the development process.

•              Develop data, process, and network models to optimize system architecture and evaluate the performance and reliability of designs.

•              Plan, design, and coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of IT systems, software, and applications that align with business needs.

•              Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of solutions.

•              Assess, test, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures for operating systems, communication environments, and application software.

•              Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

•              Lead and coordinate team members in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.

•              Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

•              Minimum a college’s diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

•              Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role.

•              Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.

•              Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as React, Node.js (Express), and PostgreSQL.

•              Experience with AWS services such as ECS, EC2, CloudFront, and Load Balancers.

•              Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•              Strong leadership and project management abilities.

•              Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
