Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to enhance and accelerate our social media presence. If you are skilled in visual storytelling, content creation, and community engagement, and are devoted to personal and spiritual growth, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Social Media: Oversee social media editorial calendars for @SheServes and our Founder. Create and schedule engaging content that reflects our brand’s voice.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with our online community, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Content Creation: Partner with designers and video editors to develop visual assets for social media. Maintain a steady flow of content across platforms using tools like AgoraPulse.
  • Campaign Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, content, and social channels. Stay updated on social media trends and platform features.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to optimize promotional efforts and ensure effective strategies. Study industry competition and trends to keep our approach current.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media community management, either at a social media agency or as part of a social media team in a medium-to-large company.
  • Based in a North American time zone.
  • Strong understanding of social media storytelling and content strategy.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in building and executing social media content strategies.
  • Experience using Mac.
