Job Overview:
Nadia Group Ltd. is seeking a reliable and professional Taxi Driver to join our team in Zebbug, Malta. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and friendly transportation services to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the local area, a passion for customer service, and a strong commitment to ensuring passengers have a comfortable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport passengers to their destinations in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a pleasant and comfortable ride for passengers.
  • Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle, both inside and outside.
  • Ensure the vehicle is regularly serviced and maintained to meet company standards.
  • Handle fares and payments accurately, using the provided payment systems.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and other needs as required.
  • Follow local traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety.
  • Stay informed of local routes, traffic conditions, and alternate routes to avoid delays.
  • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents to management in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A valid driving license (Category B) and a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a taxi driver or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the local area, including roads, neighborhoods, and key locations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed.
