As a Technical Specialist within the Electrification business of the Smart Power division in Dhaka, Bangladesh, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll execute assignments with precision, adhering to agreed timelines and standards while leveraging established solutions. Your focus will be on developing technical expertise and providing exemplary service to our clientele.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing your expertise in technologies, tools, and methods to independently solve critical issues.
- Assessing solutions and product versions to meet customer requirements, balancing standard and non-standard scopes.
- Coordinating technical support for level 2/3 case management to resolve issues effectively.
- Cultivating a network for knowledge exchange, sharing best practices, and learning from others.
- Providing support to technical resources within your area of expertise.
- Adhering to quality standards, processes, tools, and techniques.
Your background should ideally include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in technical roles, with knowledge of technology officer responsibilities and panel assembling.
- A proactive problem-solving attitude.
- A commitment to safe work practices and adherence to workplace safety guidelines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
