You will need to meet the expectations of employees, guests, and hotel owners. Your main responsibility is to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the daily operations of the hotel’s Front Desk.
To apply for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience working as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office or Guest Relations at a hotel.
You should also have strong communication and customer service skills.
