Responsibilities:

  • Associate (Account Management):
    • Handle a large volume of customer calls and chats
    • Update customer details and notes accurately
    • Resolve customer issues and meet commitments
    • Process payments and maintain accounts
    • Possibly upsell products or services
    • Meet performance metrics and goals
  • Quality Analyst:
    • Audit and categorize cases or tickets
    • Reduce case backlog and investigate complaints
    • Recommend and monitor improvements for quality assurance
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Create reports with findings and improvement suggestions
    • Promote continuous improvement in products and processes

Salary:

  • Associate (Account Management): Approx. Rs 29,160 per month
  • Quality Analyst: Approx. Rs 41,600 per month
  • Note: Salaries may vary. Check the official notification for the latest details.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum age of 18 years. No upper age limit.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Associate (Account Management): 12th pass or any graduate degree
  • Quality Analyst: Any graduate degree

Skills Needed:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask using various applications
  • High proficiency in spoken English
  • Good phone skills
  • Basic PC keyboarding and MS Office skills

Selection Process:

  • Candidates will be selected based on shortlisting, assessment tests, and interviews. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via phone or email.

Experience Required:

  • No experience required for Associate (Account Management). Freshers can apply.
