We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Planning Specialist

We are looking for an E-Commerce Planning Specialist to help with reporting, inventory management, and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) onboarding for top retail and e-commerce partners like Amazon, Walmart, Urban Outfitters, and Target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Master Stock Lists and Inventory Schedules: Keep track of inventory and manage stock lists for various partners.
- Manage EDI Onboarding and Customer Maintenance: Help onboard new customers and maintain relationships through the EDI system.
- Troubleshoot EDI Support Tickets: Resolve issues related to EDI, ensuring smooth data exchange.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with Marketing, Sales, and other departments to ensure operational success.
- Assist with Data Management: Use data to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics.
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
- Familiarity with EDI platforms (e.g., Boomi) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and problem-solving skills.
