Responsibilities 

• Monitor the branch’s financial performance and ensure we’re meeting sales targets
• Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales
• Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements, and implement new policies for the branch when necessary
• Use actuarial data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch, and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits
• Ensure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims

Qualifications

• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome to apply as we provide an in-depth training and mentorship program.
• MUST reside in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada
• Enterprising mindset
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks

• Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently

Compensation
Fully Commission: $60,000+ per year
