Responsibilities & Context

• Oriental Eco Woods Ltd is a leading manufacturer of wood composite products in Bangladesh. We are now preparing to launch premium quality PVC doors in the market with innovative designs to meet the demands of our esteemed customers.
• We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the door and board industry.
• Job Locations: Sylhet, Jessore, Barisal.
• Overall responsibility for follow-up and monitoring within the assigned territory.
• Provide accurate guidance and support to sales staff to achieve sales and collections.
• Implement sales plans with the sales team within the territory.
• Strong knowledge of the industry, competitors, and promotional activities is required.
• Promote wood composite doors and boards.
• Achieve sales and collection targets as per the business plan.
• Follow up and monitor distribution channels to dealers/customers.
• Develop new dealers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Regular visits to dealers’ locations to generate sales.
• Explore new areas and gather data on construction projects in those areas.
• Visit corporate clients to secure long-term business relationships.

Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.

Educational Requirements
• A minimum of a graduate degree in any discipline (major in marketing is preferred).

Additional Requirements
• Age: 20 to 45 years
• Candidates with extensive experience in the PVC doors market are highly encouraged to apply.

• Mobile bill, travel allowance, and tour allowance.
