About the Job:
Mamex Travel is looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer to handle airline ticketing, worldwide student and work visa processing, hotel bookings, car rentals, and Hajj & Umrah services.

Company Description:
Mamex Travel provides services for airline ticketing, visa processing, hotel booking, car rental, and Hajj & Umrah.

Job Responsibilities:

Help customers with visa applications.
Guide customers on required documents and eligibility.
Process visa applications and submit them on time.
Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and travel partners.
Keep records of applications and follow up with clients.
Make sure to follow travel regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in visa processing (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.
Experience in customer service in travel, hospitality, or a similar field.
Ability to handle multiple clients and applications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Additional Requirements:

Know that visa fees are paid via embassy fee card.
Know how to prepare visa documents and book VFS biometric appointments.
Must be familiar with online submission processes.
Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and computer skills.
Must have experience arranging invitations for visa purposes.
Knowledge of visa processing for Canada, Australia, USA, UK, and Schengen countries.
Must know how to make embassy appointments and prepare travel plans for visit visas.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Honors.
Experience Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience.
Experience in travel agencies, overseas companies, or immigration/visa processing.
