Job Description: Executive – Planning

Location: Bangladesh

As an Executive – Planning, your main responsibility is to prepare capacity plans and make sure resources are used efficiently to meet customer delivery deadlines. You will also guide and follow up with the manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with different teams to gather the necessary specifications and assess whether manufacturing is feasible. You will prepare loading plans to ensure timely delivery of customer orders while making sure plant capacity is fully used.
Coordinate with the Front-end, Manufacturing teams, and Sub-Contractors (when needed).
Attend meetings related to merchandising and production to identify any issues and find solutions. You will create and maintain a detailed plan in advance to avoid disruptions in production.
Provide solutions for any production delays or issues, such as material flow disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on customer delivery.
You will be responsible for tracking and managing the production schedule. For example, weekly production, RM confirmations in 2-4 weeks, and freezing the plant plan within 4 weeks.
Ensure that all planning information is accurately updated in the system (e.g., Planning Tool and SAP). You’ll also analyze and review various reports to support production operations and management decision-making, including:

• Loading Plan
• Detailed Plan
• Pre-production Schedule
• Production Advance/Behind Report
• Other assigned reports

Knowledge and Skills: A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physical Science, Engineering, or a professional qualification in Financial Accounting.
