Job Context:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to handle various online marketing activities. This includes managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, Web Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Social Media Marketing (SMM). The role also involves creating effective strategies, tracking performance, and keeping up with the latest industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Marketing Activities:
Handle day-to-day tasks like SEO, PPC, SEM, SMM, and Social Media Advertising.
Work on improving the visibility and ranking of our website on search engines.
Use Analytics Tools:
Track the progress of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.
Create Strategies & Plans:
Develop SEO strategies, timelines, goals, and content calendars.
Plan and create effective content like headlines, body copy, and Calls-to-Action (CTAs).
Stay Updated:
Keep yourself updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
Communication & Problem-Solving:
Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
Ability to troubleshoot issues related to SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
Employment Status:
Full-time position.
Workplace:
Work from the office located in Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution is preferred, but candidates with excellent skills and experience are welcome to apply.
Required Skills:
SEO Skills: Knowledge of both On-page SEO (optimizing individual web pages) and Off-page SEO (external strategies to improve website ranking).
Digital Marketing Skills: Experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
Social Media Marketing: Strong understanding of SMM and its importance for business growth.
Experience Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Previous work in digital marketing is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
Age between 25 to 30 years.
Open to both male and female applicants.
Ability to work with the development team to ensure SEO-friendly website components.
Must have experience with white-hat link-building techniques (such as Guest Posting, Infographic Link Building, and Award Bait).
A positive “CAN DO” attitude is a must.
